THE STUDIO

The 650 square foot light filled studio is perfect suited for photographers, videographers and artists.


Bright, open industrial space conveniently located at 28 Industrial Street (Eglinton & Laird) in Leaside. This accessibly priced studio features with 450 square feet of working space, 12' high ceilings, and large 7' x 9' south facing window (with black-out blinds) and excellent air conditioning. The studio includes a 3-piece washroom and kitchenette with bar fridge, microwave, kettle & coffeemake r. Free & ample parking in front of building.

Continuous Lighting Package

The continuous lighting package are lights that use CFL bulbs.


Softbox Specifications:

Two softboxes are 20”x30”, with diffuser.

Each softbox has four 150W (equivalent to incandescent bulb) daylight balanced blubs for a total output of 600W.

Additional equipment is also included with the studio rental but MUST be requested three days in advance.

  • $90 full day.
  • $50 partial day, four hours or less. 
  • Requires  working knowledge of strobe equipment.
  • All rental equipment requires three days notice.

NOSEAM FOR PURCHASE

Noseam

White 9' noseam paper backdrop is available for purchase at $9/linear foot, plus HST. Used portion is measured at the end of your time in studio. The used portion is any part of the noseam that touches the ground and any part that is scuffed, creased, or otherwise damaged. Payment is required before you leave the studio. No other colours are available.
